providing expert legal advice and ensuring a smooth process for clients throughout their property transactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and new build transactions.Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law, including conveyancing, leasehold issues, and property disputes.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.Keep clients informed throughout the process, managing expectations and providing timely updates.Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.Maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent customer service at all times.Key Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2-5 years of experience in residential property law.Strong experience in handling residential property transactions.Excellent
