With accountability for approximately 1,000 employees, and a network spanning 17 plants and third-party manufacturing locations across the UK and Ireland, this leader is responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety performance, and long-term network capability.The role will define and execute the UK&I; Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader European vision while driving local market performance. A key priority will be the implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives across automation, digitalisation, sustainability, customer experience, and operational transformation to improve network agility and business performance.
