This is a senior Finance leadership position with responsibility for ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of the Bank's regulatory reporting obligations while maintaining a robust framework of governance, controls and data integrity. The successful candidate will provide technical and strategic leadership across regulatory and prudential reporting, working closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury and other key stakeholders to ensure the Bank remains responsive to an evolving UK regulatory environment.



The position presents an excellent opportunity for either an established Head of Regulatory Reporting or a highly experienced Deputy Head/Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager ready to assume broader functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting Lead the Bank's regulatory reporting function, ensuring the accurate, complete and timely preparation, review and submission of all applicable regulatory returns. Oversee submissions to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), Bank of England, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other relevant regulatory authorities, as applicable. Maintain oversight of key regulatory reporting requirements including COREP, FINREP, capital adequacy, liquidity, leverage, large exposures, asset encumbrance and statistical reporting. Ensure appropriate oversight of relevant returns and metrics including LCR, NSFR, PRA110 and other applicable PRA and Bank of England submissions.
