What you'll doService Management ResponsibilitiesService Delivery: Manage the delivery of services to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations.Virtual Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.Customer Relationship Management:
