Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the definition , validation , and implementation of all architectural choices for Cloud & Software Architecture (SWA) initiatives across the group.
Ensure the technical quality ,
scalability , performance , and maintainability of all solutions delivered by the Software Architecture team .
Drive the evolution of existing software architectures and frameworks toward modern technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI‑driven development and GenAI-assisted coding .
Manage , mentor, and develop the Software Architecture team .
Specific Responsibilities
Act as the key technical advisor to the Head of Architecture & Technology on all Cloud & SWA projects .
Define the technologies , frameworks , and tools to be used across SWA initiatives.
Establish and maintain development standards , architectural principles , and best practices for application design and coding.
Oversee the technical implementation of applications and provide hands‑on support to teams when required.
Contribute to the design , development , and deployment of SWA applications.
