We are a small, ambitious team that values quality, responsibility, initiative and a positive working environment.We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can work independently, take ownership and contribute across different client projects.The roleYou will be responsible for a variety of hands-on digital marketing activities, including:Planning, managing and optimising Meta Ads and Google AdsPublishing and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social channelsMaking simple updates and content edits in WordPressCreating digital content using tools such as CanvaSupporting SEO,



email marketing and other digital campaignsMonitoring campaign performance and reporting on key KPIsParticipating in and independently running client meetings in both Spanish and EnglishBringing ideas and proactively identifying opportunities and improvementsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2–3 years of practical digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency, freelance or marketing team environmentDemonstrated, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsConfident managing social media publishing and contentComfortable making basic WordPress editsFluent Spanish and English, both written and spokenAble to run client meetings independently in both languagesAble to commute to our Valencia officeOrganised, proactive and comfortable taking ownershipStrong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindsetWe care more about demonstrated skills and experience than having the perfect qualifications.
