Experteer Overview
As Project Engineer in Tudela, you will drive plant and global transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver on time. You’ll leverage internal and external knowledge to propose improvements and run rapid experiments to learn and adapt. You will provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing equipment and solve complex technical problems, contributing to a culture of transformation and innovation within the plant.

• Support development and execution of data-driven initiatives to foster transformation and innovation in the plant
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to execute plant and global transformation projects on time
• Leverage internal and external knowledge to propose transformation initiatives
• Run rapid experimentation to learn from successes/failures and identify better approaches
• Identify, develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation preferred)
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting projects in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in automation, industrial equipment, or industrial technologies
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
• Broad knowledge of information technology tools and systems
