Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of technical service activities related to the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and performance verification of radiotherapy linear accelerators (LINACs).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, electromechanical, and connectivity issues, ensuring rapid restoration of system functionality and maximum clinical uptime.
- Prioritize service activities and effectively plan interventions to minimize customer downtime and disruption to patient treatment schedules.




- Provide both remote and on-site technical support to customers and act as a second and third-level escalation resource for complex technical issues.
- Perform remote monitoring and predictive maintenance tools to proactively identify potential equipment issues and improve system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncology departments, medical physicists, clinical users, and internal support organizations to ensure safe and effective operation of treatment delivery systems.
- Support the implementation of hardware and software updates, modifications, and field actions throughout the equipment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, technical reports, and system records in accordance with company quality requirements and regulatory standards.
