Prestige IFA Jobs is delighted to be representing our client, an established international wealth management business, in the search for an experienced Private Wealth Adviser to join its new office in Mijas, near Málaga .

Our client is looking for a commercially focused Private Wealth Adviser who enjoys both client acquisition and long-term relationship management . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop their own client book, supported by a fully licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform together with centralised compliance, operations and paraplanning support. This infrastructure allows advisers to focus on what matters most — building relationships, delivering quality financial advice and growing their business .

Success will be measured through client acquisition, retention, recurring revenue growth and positive client outcomes . Develop and grow your own client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive business development Build, retain and deepen client relationships through high-quality advice and service Generate your own new business opportunities, supported by our client's established brand, network, marketing activity and professional introducer relationships Client Advice & Financial Planning Provide holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection,



tax and estate planning Develop appropriate financial planning strategies based on individual client circumstances and objectives Conduct regular client reviews and adapt financial plans as goals, circumstances and market conditions change Maintain a high standard of client service and professional advice Previous experience as a practising Financial Adviser Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth and client acquisition Ability to work autonomously while making effective use of central support teams Additional financial services licences or willingness to obtain further regulatory permissions Multilingual capabilities Existing professional networks within Spain or the wider expatriate market Hybrid working environment Centralised compliance, operations and paraplanning support Support from an established international network, marketing function and professional introducers This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser to build and grow a successful wealth management business in Spain , supported by the infrastructure of an established international organisation.
