ðI'm Carmen from Factorial, and I'm looking for a Founding Account Executive to help bring Factorial Campus, our brand new AI Education business line, to the Spanish Market. You'll be part of the founding sales team of this new venture.

About the team ðFactorial Campus is our new education product for companies, starting with practical programs that help teams adopt AI in their daily work. If you love the thrill of building real relationships and want to be part of a team that's shaping the future of AI Education, this is your place. The role + What you'll do ðAt the beginning, you'll own the full sales cycle, from creating opportunities to closing customers.

Build the sales motion: Test our ICP, messaging, qualification criteria and sales process through real conversations. Help companies understand how AI education can create real business impact. In addition, this position requires you to speak Spanish proficiently, you'll be selling to Spanish clients.

Entrepreneurial experience inside Factorial: The excitement of building something new, with the support of an established European SaaS company. You've owned and closed sales opportunities, ideally in SaaS, technology or another consultative environment.



You already delegate meaningful parts of your work to it and continuously experiment with new ways to improve your performance.

Native

Spanish and professional English.

Selling Education experience is a plus: Experience selling corporate training, education or upskilling solutions would be highly valued. Bonus if you have Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Experience in Sales or B2B within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
