We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Activity Agent to join Back Market in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will play a key role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity to protect both the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraud.
- Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention processes.
- Communicate with customers to verify transactions and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports on fraud trends.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in fraud detection, risk management, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
