Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various industries and job levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
