Overview In this role you will lead the French accounting function within a fast-growing international dental group building a shared services center near Barcelona. You drive the full French accounting cycle, mentor a small team, and establish in-house capability to reduce reliance on external providers. You partner with local labs and country teams to ensure compliant, reliable financials and timely reporting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos hybrid work after onboarding salary around 40,000 to 42,000 gross per year plus benefits permanent, full-time contract

Monday to Friday location near Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès)

Responsabilidades Lead a team of three accountants, ensuring development and timely monthly deliverables

Own the full French accounting cycle including month-end and year-end closings

Serve as the in-house expert on French accounting and reduce reliance on external providers





Collaborate with external accountant on tax and audit while maintaining substance within the team

Produce management reporting and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with French regulations and maintain accurate, reliable numbers

Partner with local labs, country teams, and operations directors in France

Contribute to building a cross-country shared service center model

Requisitos principales Fluent French and English; Spanish a plus

Located near Barcelona or willing to relocate; NIE and SSN

Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or similar

5+ years of experience in French accounting with solid knowledge of French rules

Proven team management experience

Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, SAGE or Navision) and Excel

Comfortable owning closings and meeting strict reporting deadlines ownership and accountability hands-on and pragmatic big-picture thinking
