Experteer Overview In this role you coordinate production planning and scheduling for optical systems manufacturing. You work with the line manager to align customer needs with quality, inventory, cost, and delivery targets. You’ll translate forecasts into a master schedule, issue weekly production plans, and support resolution of late shipments and material shortages. The role also involves inventory counts and coordinating corrective actions for non-conforming material. This is an opportunity to influence production flow in a cross-functional, data-driven environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage planning inputs (sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom orders, strategic build plans)
- Translate forecasts into master production and build schedules using the MRP system
- Prepare and distribute weekly production schedules and dispatch lists
- Assist management to resolve issues affecting shipments, material shortages, or order changes




- Prepare and coordinate physical inventory counts
- Initiate and coordinate vendor corrective action for non-conforming material
- Perform additional duties as assignedResponsabilidades
- Fluency with MRP logic, scheduling logic, order policies, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance
- Knowledge of master scheduling, production planning and detailed scheduling, demand management, purchasing, and cost accounting techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills across all levels of the organization
- Experience with SysPro is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and/or 0-2 years relevant experienceRequisitos principales
