? Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow End User Catalog and associated workflows
Create and configure catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional catalog items
Optimize request fulfillment processes using automation, scripting, and workflows
Ensure a consistent look and feel of the catalog through UI policies and best practices
Manage role-based access to catalog items
Conduct regular catalog audits and implement improvements based on usage data and feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues and incidents




Document technical specifications and support knowledge articles
Support the release management process for catalog deployment
Maintain compliance with data protection and security standards
Act as the first point of contact for handling incoming service requests from users or customers
Classify, prioritize, assign, and follow up on requests according to internal procedures and SLA commitments
Maintain accurate records of activities and communications in ServiceNow
Monitor request queues, elevate delays or bottlenecks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
Identify and propose process improvements or automation opportunities
Contribute to building the knowledge base and updating documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and user guides
