Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the Eurofighter Avionics Joint Team to integrate and assure communications systems across a multinational program. You will shape interoperability and avionics design for advanced data link systems, collaborating with partner companies to deliver system-level solutions. The position involves safety analyses, architecture coordination, and ensuring traceable requirements across interfaces. You will work in a multicultural, high-visibility environment that values innovation and rigorous engineering. This is a 3-year international assignment focused on impactful avionics capability delivery and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define contractual interoperability and functional requirements for advanced Data Link systems (including MIDS, VMF, CESMO, JREAP, and SATCOM)
• Generate Avionics Level 2 designs with functional requirements, interfaces, protocols, and DOORS traceability
• Perform hazard, safety, and avionics clearance analyses to ensure aerospace safety standards compliance
• Coordinate system architecture, front-end system level design,



and test requirements across multidisciplinary teams
• Manage system problem reports, track design deliverables, and align outputs with international product managers and partner companies

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, Industrial/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years in Systems Engineering (preferably Avionics)
• Advanced English (project language)
• Experience with Systems Engineering processes in Avionics/Communications
• Knowledge of DOORS/RMT, ICDTool, Statemate, or PCMS
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in a multicultural environment
• Highly independent, result-oriented and responsible
• Nice to have: front-end development experience in Eurofighter (EF) or similar military aircraft projects
