Overview In this role you will define and deploy the global Energy sourcing strategy, ensuring competitive costs and secure supply for electricity, gas and related services. You will lead multi-country RFQs, negotiate long-term energy agreements and manage a global supplier panel. You'll translate market insights into decisions that support decarbonization, cost optimization, and sustainability goals.
You will work across Finance, Legal, Sustainability and Operations to deliver measurable energy performance and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades
Define and deploy the global Energy commodity strategy and policies across electricity, gas, utilities, heating/cooling, water utilities, energy services and decarbonization instruments
Consolidate global and regional demand, identify aggregation opportunities and align sourcing with site requirements, contracts, budgets and priorities
Lead global multi-country RFQ and tender processes from market consultation to award and implementation
Negotiate and manage strategic energy supply agreements and framework contracts with cross-functional stakeholders
Design, qualify and manage the global supplier panel including onboarding, evaluation and performance scorecards
Ensure supplier performance in cost, service, reliability, quality and contractual compliance; lead escalation and recovery plans
Develop energy-market intelligence and translate insights into sourcing decisions and recommendations
Build cost models, price benchmarks and total-cost-of-ownership analyses for negotiations and budgeting
Drive energy-cost optimization and provide transparent scenario analysis and forecast inputs to Finance and stakeholders
Protect supply continuity by assessing risks and maintaining contingency plans
Support sustainability ambitions by increasing access to renewable-energy solutions and green contracts
Coordinate the integral Energy purchasing network to ensure consistent strategy execution
Define annual savings targets and track results with Finance, producing performance reviews
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, authority delegation, competition rules and energy regulations
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, digitalization and data quality across Energy purchasing processes and tools
Requisitos principales 8+ years in procurement, commodity management, energy purchasing or utilities in an international environment
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier management and market analysis
Experience with electricity, gas, renewable energy or multi-country tenders (strongly valued)
Strong knowledge of energy markets and price drivers; contract-management capability
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
Strong supplier, risk and business-continuity management
Advanced analytical skills including cost modelling, TCO and scenario analysis
Ability to lead a global network in a matrix organization
Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Sustainability, and HSE strong stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration negotiation and persuasion energy-market knowledge cost modelling total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
