In this role, you enable transparent, data-driven planning across sales, supply chain, and production to support global wind projects. You will shape concepts for delivery and execution, assess risks, and drive strategic decisions within the Global Planning Office. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity, inventory, and project execution, contributing to sustainable growth. The opportunity combines analytics, scenario planning, and governance to impact large-scale wind energy portfolio execution.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support general sales planning by developing realistic delivery concepts for wind projects
• Coordinate supply chain planning with Tender Management, Production, Purchasing and stakeholders
• Develop and evaluate planning scenarios to optimize sourcing, capacities, and project execution
• Create transparency on order commitments, inventory, and potential risks across the value chain
• Design and improve planning tools and analytical solutions for efficiency and decision quality
• Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for management and board discussions
• Support master scheduling, pre-industrialization activities, and pre-release governance processes
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to simplify complex planning processes
• Advanced IT affinity with VBA, SQL, and data-driven planning/reporting tools
• Experience in planning, supply chain, operations, project management, or business analytics xqbhyrx (desirable)
• Ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data and communicate across organizational levels
• Structured, precise, solution-oriented working style with continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English; German and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
