In this senior leadership role, you will own and execute Factorial’s marketing strategy for Portugal, aligning it with revenue objectives and brand building. You’ll lead a cross-functional local team across demand generation, content, brand, and events, driving pipeline, demos, and long-term growth. You’ll translate market insights into prioritised investments and campaigns, while strengthening Factorial’s local presence and community.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Ops, Performance, Product, central marketing) to secure resources
• Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and partners with clear accountability
• Bring deep understanding of the Portuguese market to Factorial’s broader strategy

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership for a market, business unit, or high-growth company
• Strong track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS or technology
