partner with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to complex general tax matters within a growing technology business.What you'll be responsible forYou'll own tax compliance and governance across Dext's global operations, including:Corporate tax, VAT/GST, sales and use taxes, withholding taxes and employment taxesManaging compliance across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, France, Bulgaria and South AfricaLeading relationships with external tax advisors and reviewing their workPreparing UK corporation tax returns, tax computations and supporting schedulesSupporting tax provisions, statutory reporting and quarterly cash tax forecastingAdvising the business on commercial and operational tax mattersMonitoring legislative changes and assessing impacts to the businessSupporting transfer pricing, R&D; tax credits and tax governance initiativesManaging tax audits, enquiries and compliance risk
