Your responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and terms, including bespoke agreements and licences.Advising clients on intellectual property (IP) and IT-related issues.Providing expertise on data protection laws and drafting relevant documentation.Offering corporate support and staying up to date with emerging technologies, including AI,



and advising on upcoming legislative changes.Managing your own caseload while also supporting senior members of the Business Team.Collaborating with other departments such as Commercial Property, Employment, Charities, and Dispute Resolution.Attending business networking events to promote the team and the firm, while actively seeking new business leads and relationships.Supporting and supervising junior team membersAbout You:A qualified Solicitor with at least 4+ years of experience in commercial law.Experience in handling a variety of commercial agreements and transactions.A proactive and solution-oriented approach to legal issues, with the ability to think commercially.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.A passion for business
