In-House Legal Counsel – Automotive EuropeLocation: United Kingdom | Adaptable and hybrid working availableThe OpportunityWe’re looking for an In-House Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to our Automotive business across Europe. You’ll support teams in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, helping the business grow while managing legal and regulatory risk.This is a varied role with an initial focus on the UK automotive market, including extended warranty, insurance and service contract products. You’ll also support the expansion of automotive products and distribution across Europe, working closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Privacy, Product and Supply Chain colleagues.You’ll advise on commercial contracts, distribution arrangements, product development, disputes, legislative change and wider legal matters across the Assurant Europe business.
