We are seeking a technically strong implementation engineer to join our Technical Watershed product team, with customer-facing support and services responsibilities. This role is for a tech-savvy person who will be responsible for using data and code to drive customer success with data-driven Watershed solutions, bridging the gap between their data challenges and Watershed’s platform capabilities.You must be an outgoing, excellent communicator who understands the importance of providing exceptional client support and is great at handling details. This role is fully remote — open to candidates based in the US or UK. Remote candidates may need to accommodate occasional client meetings during core business hours across US/UK time zones. This position will involve customer calls where most of the customers are based in North America and those customer calls will be during the US business day. Therefore the preferred working hours are to cover the majority of the US business day. Should the need arise,



the candidate should be willing to travel Internationally to the United States for client implementations, team onsites, and training.This position reports into the Technical Watershed team.Please note working hours are 12pm - 8pm UK timeKey Responsibilities Client Implementation: Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals. Data Pipelines & Integrations: Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed. Reporting & Analysis: Use our versátil reporting platform to perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports that help clients understand and act on their data.
