We recommend applying as soon as possible.What You'll DoYour key accountabilities will include:Deliver and own high-quality software solutions, building, maintaining and operating reliable cloud-based services with strong automation, while taking responsibility for support and issue resolution, including participation in an out-of-hours support rota.Drive engineering excellence and DevOps practices, championing automation, experimentation and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle to improve quality, stability and delivery performance.Develop and embed engineering frameworks, standards and best practices, contributing to product planning, technical roadmaps and the achievement of Product Group objectives and key results.Mentor, coach and support engineers through code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing, helping to raise engineering capability and promote high-quality, maintainable code.P
