✔️ Your role at Cheil: Head of Performance

✔️ What we are looking for?

As the Head of Performance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the areas of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Personalization, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and Data within our digital agency. Your main objective will be to drive omnichannel performance and effectiveness of digital strategies for our clients, maximizing their online presence and generating tangible results, driving conversion rates.

Having the ability to bring out the best in each three teams to work across the board is a must for this position.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise CRO and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversions on clients' websites. The Head of Performance will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the client and making tangible the results of previous strategies.

Develop and implement robust SEO strategies to improve clients organic search rankings and increase qualified traffic. The Head of Performance will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the client and making tangible the results of previous strategies.

Utilize data analysis and Business Intelligence tools to identify improvement and optimization opportunities in digital strategies.

Collaborate closely with CRM, creative area, web development, and content teams to implement data-driven changes and enhancements.





Oversee and manage budget allocated to performance initiatives, ensuring positive return on investment for clients.

Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance to drive innovation and continuous growth.

✔️ Key Skills & requirements:

Relevant experience in digital marketing or digital agencies is mandatory: At least 5 years of experience leading digital marketing teams, preferably in agencies.

University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Digital Marketing or a related field.

Master's or MBA: Advanced education in technology, project management or business administration will be an additional value.

Technical certifications are preferred but not mandatory: Certifications in specific technologies relevant to digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO or SEM certifications.

Effective communication skills, leadership skills and the ability to work and lead a team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO and performance tools, trends in frontend development, and methodologies to continually bring innovative ideas to the team.

This profile should possess technical, strategic and leadership skills. Including:

Leadership and ability to establish a clear performance optimization of the digital area of the agency.

Ability to communicate with other technical areas, the rest of the business areas and the client.





Strong technical knowledge (Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CRO tools and platforms…)

Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret web analytics, and make decisions based on insights. Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Problem solving: A creative and analytical thinker with the ability for identifying and solving challenges to improve website performance and conversion rates.

✔️ Languages:

- High-level English (B2 / C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.
