As Engineering Lead with a frontend focus, you steer a team of engineers to shape Fever’s frontend platforms and web experiences. You’ll stay hands-on, influence architecture, and drive scalable, high-performance solutions that impact millions of users. Collaborating with Product and Design, you translate business needs into technical directions and foster continuous improvement. This role blends leadership with technical execution to advance Fever’s mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular or similar
• Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability
• Hands-on with the ability to make technical and architectural decisions
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their development
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with Product and Design
• Experience with high-traffic digital products or fast-growing tech companies is a plus
