Overview

In this role you will steer the revenue strategy and live-ops for Asphalt Legends, ensuring sustainable growth while preserving premium player experience. You will partner with Game Leadership to map multi-year roadmaps that hit ambitious commercial targets across engagement and monetization. You will lead monetization innovations and data-driven decision making to optimize LTV and ARPU at scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role shaping a global racing title and its business trajectory.

Responsabilidades

- Define the product roadmap with Game Leadership to align with aggressive commercial targets
- Drive Live Ops with a data-driven growth approach and optimize events and offers for monetization and retention
- Own the end-to-end monetization lifecycle, from design to post-launch optimization
- Lead hypothesis-driven data analysis,



A/B testing, and KPI forecasting to support decisions
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence within the product team
- Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 with internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in Product Management for F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
- Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
- Analytical mastery with ability to translate data into business insights; proficient in advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive communication
- Bachelor in Economics; MBA or advanced degree highly valued
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
