Overview In this role you will partner with European leaders to shape and implement people strategies across Corporate Functions during a period of growth and integration. You will drive talent, organizational design, and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities support the business, while embedding global frameworks regionally. You'll lead change initiatives and provide coaching to leaders to boost engagement and performance, contributing to a transformational, international HR agenda.

This is a hands-on, strategic role in a highly international environment with visible impact across Europe.

Responsabilidades

Act as strategic partner to drive talent, organization, and workforce strategies across Europe

Support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities in Corporate Functions

Ensure talent and role clarity through organizational design, succession planning, and role mapping

Implement and evaluate talent management solutions (performance, talent reviews, succession, leadership development)

Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and business results

Drive core HR processes with global frameworks and regional/local alignment





Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness

Lead change management initiatives to enable transformation and adoption of new ways of working

Provide guidance on employee relations, unions, works councils, and labor matters with regional teams

Align regional strategies with business priorities and local execution of people programs

Requisitos principales 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including as HR Business Partner in a multinational

Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions

Expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management

Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and cultures

Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor matters

Business acumen and ability to translate needs into people solutions

Experience in large-scale transformation, integrations, or M&A; is highly desirable

Strong analytical skills with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

Curiosity for technology and AI-enabled HR solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages advantageous excellent communication stakeholder management collaboration
