Overview

As HR Manager (HRBP) you will partner with management to translate business goals into people strategies. You will drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and key HR initiatives in a dynamic industrial setting. You will act as a trusted advisor on organizational, people and leadership matters, supporting design, change, and labor relations.

The role focuses on aligning HR work with business objectives and delivering impact through people processes and data. You will work across engineering, project management, and quality functions to shape the future of mobility and ensure reliable HR operations.

Responsabilidades Act as primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organizational, people and leadership matters

Support organizational design and lead change management initiatives

Drive implementation of labour relations strategies and employee relations programs

Lead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needs





Ensure successful deployment of key people processes including Performance Management, Salary Reviews, STI schemes and People Reviews

Maintain accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people data

Lead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance management

Requisitos principales Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

Fluent Spanish and English communication skills (written and spoken)

Up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation

At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within an industrial environment

Strong HR generalist experience, particularly in payroll management

Experience in labour relations is highly desirable

Experience working within matrix organizations

Strong business acumen and customer orientation

Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience partnering with senior managers and leadership teams leadership stakeholder management customer orientation payroll management
