We’re looking for a talented and experienced HR Technician ready to be part of our team.
We are looking for a Human Resources with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a passion for talent development.
Responsibilities
- Direct management of 70+ employee teams, covering recruitment, admin operations, and talent development.
- Administration of HR systems (time tracking, leave management, attendance, and compliance audits).
- Implementation and oversight of HR policies in line with current labor legislation.
- Enforcement of occupational health and safety compliance across offices.
- Promotion of an open, empathetic communication culture across all company levels.
- Constructive conflict resolution matched to team dynamics.
- Design and execution of employee wellbeing, retention, and engagement programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of 50 or more people.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with core HR software (time & attendance, leave tracking).

Additional information
- Type of contract:
- Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.
- From 33k gross annual salary depending on experience.
- Workplace at our Sevilla or Tenerife facilities. Hybrid work available as well.
