Overview As an IIoT DevOps Engineer, you will own CI/CD pipelines, release orchestration, and DevSecOps for a scalable, multi-site IIoT platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure validated, auditable deployments in a regulated, GxP context. You will shape edge-to-cloud releases, governance, and security controls to support the Factory of the Future.

Compensaciones / Incentivos health and wellbeing programs parental leave (14+ weeks, gender-neutral) hybrid work model international collaboration career development opportunities competitive compensation Responsabilidades Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IIoT platform assets across edge and cloud Define branching, versioning, and artifact promotion; implement blue/green, canary, or phased deployments Establish rollback/forward-fix patterns and controlled releases aligned with validation and change control Define Git workflows for Ignition projects and configuration versioning; manage IaC and site overlays Improve developer experience with templates, scaffolding, and documentation Integrate security and quality controls (static analysis, SonarQube, dependency scans, secrets management, policy-as-code)



Ensure audit trails and validation evidence; enable traceability from requirements to deployments Coordinate release orchestration for Kubernetes-based services and workflow engines (e.g., Argo Workflows/Argo CD) Define environment standards, observability, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides Collaborate with Platform Owners, Quality/Validation, Cybersecurity, and Site teams to ensure governance and scalability Requisitos principales 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development experience Experience across architecture, security, validation, and engineering teams Knowledge of Agile methodology Experience in regulated environments (Pharma/biological/GxP) is a plus Experience designing multi-site platform and site customization models is a plus GitHub Actions or equivalent, strong Git, IaC (Terraform), containers and Kubernetes Industrial systems/IIoT edge-to-cloud experience is a plus Familiarity with Ignition, AWS IoT (SiteWise), Artifactory, and security/code scanning tools is a plus clear communication team collaboration risk-based thinking GitHub Actions Git versioning and branching at scale Terraform
