As a Platform Engineer, you drive scalable, reliable platform solutions that empower development teams. You translate business needs into robust frontend, backend, and infrastructural architectures while enabling self-service and strong Developer Experience. You balance agility and security to reduce friction and accelerate delivery across cross-functional squads. You will shape API decisions, tooling, and orchestration patterns to support autonomous teams at scale. This role offers a meaningful impact on Europe’s digital sovereignty and a hands-on, pragmatic work environment.

• Communicate architectural decisions, run internal workshops, and write integration guides




• Detect performance bottlenecks in tooling and workflows, implement quick wins
• Contribute to end-to-end development, testing, and deployment pipelines
• Advocate for a developer-first mindset and strong DevEx practices

Responsabilidades
• Advanced backend development with .NET Core / C# and Node.js (NestJS / Express)
• Expertise in REST API design and resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, rate limiting)
• Modern frontend expertise with React / TypeScript or Next.js
• Experience with Module Federation (Webpack / Vite) and MFE architectures
• OIDC/OAuth2 authentication flows and state management
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD preferred) and quality tooling
• Automated testing and shift-left quality culture
• Observability basics (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack) and dashboards
