Overview

As a Data Analyst embedded in the Investments team, you enable data-driven decisions across our Financial Empowerment domain. You will monitor and analyse product initiatives, applying robust methods to quantify impact and foster a continuous learning culture. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to set measurable goals, build a self-serve analytics platform, and deliver actionable insights that steer business outcomes. This role offers exposure to experimentation, causal inference, and a chance to influence investment product strategy at a leading European fintech.

Responsabilidades

- Set clear, measurable targets and improve forecasting and goal setting
- Serve as internal data expert for product teams and stakeholders
- Design experiments and causal analyses, deliver insights with documentation and clear communication
- Contribute to a self-serve data platform by collaborating with engineers/peers




- Develop dashboards to monitor impact on company OKRs
- Improve data literacy through training and workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams across N26
- Support discovery of new product ideas and evaluate releases using experimental/observational methods
- Coordinate data tracking and ensure data is captured for future evaluation
- Lead quantitative analysis and business discovery for the Investments segment

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in Product or Analytics, plus 1+ years in Investments/Wealth domain
- Strong understanding of statistics, including causal inference
- Excellent problem solving and exploratory data analysis capability
- Proficient in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset)
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate tests)
