As Industrial Sustainability Specialist (maternity cover), you will support LOEWE’s industrial sustainability agenda, with a focus on traceability, raw material reporting, certified materials tracking and regulatory data management. Based in Getafe and reporting to the Industrial Head of Compliance, you will work closely with the Integral Sustainability team, Business Units, IT, suppliers and external partners.
Job responsibilities
Reporting and data consolidation
- Lead the consolidation, update and validation of raw material data for LVMH Cascade reporting, completing information manually when needed and coordinating any questionnaire or reporting changes with IT.
- Incorporate additional external data into the reporting process, including packaging and specific leather/material information not available in PLM or JDE.
- Prepare clear reporting summaries and presentations for internal governance forums, including COMEX.
Traceability projects
- Coordinate the implementation of traceability projects with TextileGenesis, suppliers, Business Units, IT and LVMH stakeholders.
- Manage operational activities such as Purchase Order uploads, supplier data monitoring, issue resolution, functional testing and API-related business requirements.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for weekly IT meetings and Steering Committees, in coordination with TextileGenesis.
Certified materials and sustainability tracking
- Manage the collection, follow-up and tracking of Transaction Certificates for certified materials, including supplier reminders and issue resolution.
- Maintain raw material dashboards and Power BI reports, periodically extracting and updating information from PLM to monitor sustainability progress.
- Coordinate with Business Units on certified materials, Life 360 goals,
Pre-Buy analysis and sustainability-related inquiries.
Regulatory and external platform management
- Manage data collection, submissions and milestones related to Agec Law, Fairly Made and the French Environmental Score, ensuring alignment with collection launch deadlines.
- Coordinate with Fairly Made, internal teams, suppliers and Omnichannel to ensure accurate style/material data, follow up on missing information and support API or website-related requirements.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years in the traceability and sustainability field, ideally in luxury goods, fashion or retail.
- Proven experience to coordinate project with IT team
- Proficiency in supply chain, material origins, traceability laws, certification standards and traceability (such as GRS, GOTS, CCS, OCS, FSC, PEFC, etc.).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power-point. Power automate and PLM skills is a plus.
- Ability to lead in multi-cultural settings and with multi-cultural teams.
- Proactiveness and a self-starter orientation: you are motivated by solving tough problems and proactively develop an action plan to tackling the work at hand
- Well-organized, structured mind and good team player.
- Excellent fluency in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
- C-level presentation skills.
