Overview In this role you lead a growing team responsible for delivering network capacity and equipment across a integral data center platform. You will drive delivery across deployment stages, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet time and budget goals. You'll design processes, automate where possible, and mentor technicians to raise operational excellence.

This is a high-impact position at AWS that combines technical leadership with people management to scale infrastructure with minimal rework.

Responsabilidades Lead the end-to-end delivery of inbound capacity and equipment across deployment stages, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Coach and develop a growing team of data center technicians and operators with clear performance expectations

Design and implement processes and standards to optimize operations, enable automation, and shorten delivery cycles

Coordinate resources across projects of varying scale,



including emergency initiatives and maintenance windows

Ensure compliance with industry best practices, SLAs, and Amazon performance management requirements

Requisitos principales Engineering experience overseeing large-scale services

Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

Proven track record delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality

Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-moving environment
