Experteer Overview
As a Professional Service Staff Consultant, you act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, designing and deploying secure, scalable Certificate Lifecycle Management, PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions. You lead engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, from discovery to enablement, coordinating with cross-functional teams. You translate complex requirements into practical architectures that improve security, visibility, and operational efficiency. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping security outcomes for large organizations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery excellence.

• Operate within a focused team to safeguard large organizations using Machine Identity Security solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and self-hosted environments.
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through architecture, design, implementation, integration, automation, testing, and enablement.
• Deliver specialized workshops, demonstrations, and architecture sessions for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate current processes,



identify automation opportunities, and monitor MIM program success.
• Advocate for customers and act as SME across multiple accounts to achieve Machine Identity Security outcomes.
• Develop reusable patterns, blueprints, and best practices for customers and delivery teams.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with PANW teams, partners, and customer organizations.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in large-scale enterprise IT.
• Strong business acumen to identify problems and articulate solutions.
• Extensive automation of Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, adaptable framework, and connectors.
• Scripting and API proficiency for automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with orchestration/CI‑CD tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins).
• Excellent presentation and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of PKI, standards, and enterprise implementations.
