Experteer Overview As Data Migration Specialist, you lead SAP data mapping and migration activities within the CORE Transformation program. You will coordinate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate data transfer from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in the QM value stream. You drive data quality, governance, and risk management while aligning with business goals and migration timelines. - Lead data mapping, migration, and enrichment activities within the SAP QM value stream
- Coordinate data migration across SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and align with migration teams
- Define and validate data scope, extraction criteria, and data availability
- Drive data quality initiatives and oversee cleansing to ensure accurate migration
- Coordinate data validation with Bayer and supplier stakeholders
- Collaborate with business, value streams, and IT teams; track progress and report risks




- Maintain documentation of mapping rules, processes, and validation results
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and SAP standards
- Identify migration risks and develop mitigation strategiesResponsabilidades
- 7 years of overall experience; at least 1 year in SAP data migration projects, preferably with S/4HANA
- Familiarity with data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Deep understanding of SAP QM processes and data structures
- Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA; strong data mapping, cleansing, and transformation skills
- SQL knowledge; experience with data migration tools and data quality validation
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Agile familiarity
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
