As a Digital Programme u0026amp; Project Manager, you will steer cross-functional teams to deliver Maintenance and Fleet Management initiatives within Airbus. You’ll shape requirements, manage risks and suppliers, and ensure quality across project phases. You will liaise with customers and development teams to translate needs into actionable plans and training. This role offers exposure to integral, innovative aerospace digitalisation efforts and opportunities to impact business processes and tool optimisations. You will work in a multicultural environment with strong focus on integrity and sustainable growth.

• Deliver project objectives (scope, time, cost, quality) for customer satisfaction under rules and regulations
• Define and drive project team and governance across phases in a matrix setup

Responsabilidades
• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
• Experience: at least 2 years in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Soft skills: high adaptability to new topics and networking
• Languages: advanced English
• Technical knowledge: programming in C#, CATIA (advanced level), and related tooling
• Travel willingness
