The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Accountant located in Kendal.What a typical day looks like:



Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with UK and US GAAP requirements.Manage intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and related payments across multiple entities.Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communicate financial results to management.Oversee fixed asset accounting, inventory valuation, and coordinate annual stock take activities.Generate and analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance processes and controls.Support tax compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.Contribute to key finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process improvement projects.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Bache
