Your position
As a Development Sales Manager in BU Minerals, you will play a key role in driving growth by executing the Raw material strategy and development of new growth markets. You will be responsible for expanding the market presence for Circular Raw Materials sales in Europe and coordinating the recycling sales initiatives across different regions. You will be responsible for developing virgin raw material sales & marketing in growth markets and lead the business for Green Raw Materials. This role combines hands-on sales leadership, business development and strategic marketing. You will identify new markets, business opportunities, acquire new customers, strengthen existing partnerships, and help shape commercial strategies that support long-term profitable growth. Through your strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and ability to identify new business opportunities, you will help strengthen our position across the established and emerging markets. This role requires international travel, mainly Europe,



up to 50% of your working time.

Your tasks
- Conducting market research: competitor, customer, and pricing analysis
- Managing customers’ accounts, supporting customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Developing long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and close profitable business
- Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and market-development plans

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Material science or a related field
- Several years of experience in a commercial role
- Knowledge in raw materials virgins and/or recycling
- Knowledge in MgO markets, outside refractory will be a plus
- Relevant working experience in recycling and/or experience in MgO markets, outside refractory
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and multiple stakehold
