, we are looking for an experienced
Workday Solution Architect
to join a strategic international project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, governance, and evolution of a complex HR technology ecosystem, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall Workday solution architecture and roadmap.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows.
- Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive solution delivery.
- Establish and promote best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology environments,



including significant exposure to Workday.
- Proven experience as a
Workday Solution Architect
or in a similar architecture role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Hire-to-Retire.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security models, role-based access controls, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required.
