Overview

In this role, you lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure reliable equipment, safe practices, and efficient maintenance execution. You will coordinate daily work, uphold safety and quality standards, and track performance using an enterprise asset management system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and drive improvements. This position offers impact through TPM, Lean Maintenance, and regulatory-compliant maintenance in a food-related manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

- Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and schedules
- Promote teamwork and continuous learning within the team
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits; enforce health and safety protocols
- Interface with contractors and ensure clean, hazard-free work area
- Track maintenance activities, parts usage, and downtime; document in EAM
- Prepare KPI reports on reliability, maintenance costs, and uptime
- Implement world-class maintenance practices (TPM, Lean Maintenance, RCM)



to meet production targets
- Coordinate with production, sanitation, quality, and engineering teams to align with schedules
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues; maintain equipment knowledge
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs; use PdM tools for condition monitoring
- Establish and audit PCPs, CCPs and SOPs; communicate customer requirements to plants
- Review incidents where procedures are not followed and implement corrective actions

Requisitos principales

- 1+ years of experience in Industrial work
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a team environment
- General computer skills; mechanical aptitude; interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Experience with EAM systems and maintenance planning is implied
