At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales(Italian Market) to help expand our presence across this market.

We are a pioneer in the wholesale blank apparel industry and a fast-growing global leader, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide.

In this role, you will focus heavily on handling and converting inbound leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness, with the opportunity to progressively take on outbound prospecting and market expansion once the inbound flow is under control.

As an Inside Sales, you will:

- Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
- Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
- Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the Italian market





You will perform if you have the following:

- Native or fluent Italian, good level of English
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, adaptable
- A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion
