Overview In this role you ensure strict adherence to Installation Quality procedures across the region, guiding start-up audits, qasL, non-conformity management and change control. You monitor site performance, lead follow‐up meetings, and report KPIs, incidents, and findings to stakeholders. You drive internal improvement, gather on-site feedback, and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, SQA and other teams to resolve deviations.

You provide on-site training for new Quality Leads and help create consistent IQA procedures and documentation. A key part of the role is working across regions with long stays abroad to uphold quality standards.
