Your role with us

- Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management

- Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support

- Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers

- Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking

- Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service

Our benefits

Your qualifications

- Completed commercial training, university degree, or a comparable qualification





- Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management

- Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment

- Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working

- Fluent Spanish and good English skills; experience with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
