Opportunity.
We are looking for a highly organised professional in Spain with experience in private funds KYC/AML, fund administration, paralegal work or private markets operations to join us as a Transaction Closer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a KYC/AML Analyst within private funds, Fund Administrator, Paralegal, Transaction Analyst or in a similar private markets role who enjoys managing complex processes,
coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced international environment.
About the Role
You will assist with a broad range of private funds matters, including:
- Supporting a broad range of private markets transactions and legal projects.
- Reviewing and preparing legal and transaction documentation.
- Coordinating transaction timelines and deliverables.
- Liaising with clients, fund managers, investors, administrators and external counsel.
- Supporting investor onboarding processes, including AML/KYC, tax documentation and subscription requirements.
- Reviewing fund documentation and assisting with legal and operational matters.
