✨ Majestic Hotel Group is looking to welcome a
Director of Leisure & Corporate Sales
to lead the Leisure and Corporate sales strategy across our premium portfolio ✨

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Leisure and Corporate sales strategy across the Majestic Hotel Group premium portfolio.
- Develop and implement the Transient strategy, primarily for our premium properties:
Majestic Hotel & Spa, LHW; Hotel Palacio de los Ángeles, LHW; Finca Victoria Hotel & Spa, Design Hotel
, and soon another 5-star premium hotel in Spain.
- Manage and develop relationships with key Leisure, Travel Trade and Corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new strategic accounts and markets.
- Manage RFPs for corporate consortia and business travel accounts.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 2 Sales Managers.
- Develop National, EU, UK and other international markets, depending on the candidate’s expertise.
- Represent Majestic Hotel Group at international trade shows, sales missions, industry events and other commercial activities,



both nationally and internationally.
- Manage contracts, renewals, rate agreements and commercial conditions with clients and partners.
- Host and coordinate key client visits, hotel inspections, fam trips and bespoke experiences.
- Ensure accurate database maintenance, sales activity follow-up and regular reporting.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and other departments to drive revenue growth and strengthen the positioning of our premium brands.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a
Senior Leisure Sales Manager
or 1 year of experience as a
Sales Director within the travel industry

- Previous experience within a
5-star GL or luxury 5-star hotel
, with a strong focus on Leisure and Corporate hospitality sales.
