We need to develop our BIM capabilities across Information Management and 3D Modelling, following ISO19650.This role will focus on leading the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions and dedicated team for complex Energy and Resources projects including Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution and Renewable, Waste & Generation projects, among others along with an element of team management too.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and driving innovation in digital project delivery.The Digital Engineering Lead will oversee multiple projects, mentoring teams,



and engaging with senior stakeholders and will focus on managing project-specific digital deliverables and supporting implementation across the project lifecycle.ABOUT YOUIdeally you will hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline and ideally hold professional certifications (or working towards) e.g. BIM Certifications, buildingSMART, PMP or equivalent.In addition you will have experience of developing and managing key documentation such as EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP, alongside advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC) and coordination platforms like Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Power BI.
