Novena Capital is looking for an Analyst / Associate to join our investment team in Madrid.
Novena partners with ambitious management teams to build and scale category-defining platforms through buy-and-build and technology enablement across Europe. We focus on the lower mid-market, where we see significant opportunities arising from market fragmentation and the potential for technology-driven transformation.
The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with the partners on sector mapping and origination, company and industry research, financial analysis and modelling, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong academic and analytical background in finance, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional experience. Prior exposure to private equity, M&A;, transaction services or consulting is valued, but not required.
- A genuine interest in investing and in understanding how businesses can be scaled and transformed through technology and AI.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
