Overview In this role you join the System Administration team to support and improve server and cloud infrastructure with a focus on identity management. You will help ensure the availability, security, and integrity of data and digital identities, collaborating with cross-border colleagues. You'll work on IAM initiatives and automation to drive efficiency across Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsabilidades Join and actively contribute to the System Administration Team

Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives including ISO 27001 compliance

Install, configure, and administer server, storage, and backup systems

Monitor availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure

Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange

Develop and maintain scripts to automate operations





Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as migrations, expansions, and optimizations

Create technical documentation and guidelines

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in computer science, completed IT training, or comparable qualification

3+ years of professional experience in IT

Understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

Knowledge of Identity Management and access governance principles

Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions

Ability to collaborate in project environments and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Service-oriented mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement

High level of English (C1)
